Tidal Voices brings together four distinctive artists for an intimate evening of songs, stories and acoustic music in one of Hooe's most beautiful historic spaces.

Host & Special Acoustic Set
Hooe-based singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Claire Nicolson hosts the first Tidal Voices. Her new single Boomerang, a reimagining of ZZ Top’s Gimme All Your Lovin’, is released on 24th September 2026.
Contemporary singer-songwriter
Scottish singer-songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist Mohan Evans blends pop, folk, jazz and soul with warm, expressive vocals and thoughtful songwriting. His latest release is Follow The Bird.
Acclaimed jazz singer
Acclaimed jazz vocalist Liz Fletcher has performed across Europe and the USA and at some of Britain’s best-known jazz venues. Her warm, soulful and beautifully understated style brings a distinctive jazz voice to Tidal Voices.
Irish songs & stories
Dublin born and bred, Chan Reid is a Celtic fiddle player and sean-nós singer. She is Chair of Hastings CCE and performs with folk bands Bold Reilly and The Fox in the Reeds.
